The Bear Catholic staff partners with The Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS) to bring bible studies to campus. Currently thirty bible studies are offered, which foster an understanding of the Catholic tradition. The “Dead Theologians Society” is another program offered that teaches students about the heroic lives of saints.
† Retreats
Various retreats are offered throughout the year that share a common goal: to give students a chance to step away from the every day demands of college life and focus more fully on their relationship with God and each other. Consistently, the Bear Awakening Retreat has become incredibly popular among students and proves to be a powerful conversion tool. An annual Silent Retreat offers students a serene opportunity to listen to the voice of God.
† Fellowship
Bear Catholic instills in students the value of relationships and importance of forming bonds with peers. The Catholic University Center provides various fellowship opportunities such as Campus Dinners- hosted by parishioners- intramural sports, the annual Talent Show, monthly socials and more.

† Service
Bear Catholic takes great pride in upholding God's vision for peace and justice in the world. Partnering with local and global social justice organizations, students are provided with various opportunities to use their God-given gifts to help those in need. One of the most transformational service opportunities offered each year is the Spring Break Mission Trip.
