Congratulations to Mr. Bill Garcia, Weld County Commisoner-at-Large

Mr. Bill Garcia, St. Peter's parishioner and Weld County Commisoner, succefully led a campaign to stop Weld County from funding the distribution of Plan B, the over-the-counter abortive medication that allows a woman to terminate a pregnancy in her own home. Until this past week, Weld County was using our tax dollars to pay for abortions through this highly unsafe and unregualted emergency contraceptive, which was even available to minors without paretnal consent! Please take a moment to say thank you to Mr. Garcia!


Make your voice heard!

We encourage all Catholics to contact their representatives and senators. The new helth care bill grossly undermines the dignity of human life and fails on nearly all counts to honor our faith as Catholics. Demand justice for all Americans by contacting the officails that we've elected. It only takes a minute!

The USCCB has pre-filled forms that can be submitted online. Please take a few minutes to do your part to ensure Catholics in America are not silenced!
